2 sm (4oz) jars of marinated artichoke hearts-liquid removed rinsed and chop
1 pkt (10 ounce) frzn spinach-liquid removed well with water pressed out
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese, (or possibly 1/2 c Parmesan and 1/2 c. mozzarella)
1 pch Garlic pwdr

Mix together and bake at 325 for 30 min. Serve hot on crackers Or possibly stuff into mushroom caps top with Parmesan and bake till mushrooms are tender, serve hot.
