- Mix the vinegar, salt , garlic and chilli together.
- Add in to butter (that has been brought to room temperature).
- Mix in to mix proportionately.
- Use on breads, rolls, etc. as spread or possibly to top in curry dishes.
- Hot the toasts or possibly rolls after applying to bring out the flavour well.
- Variations:Add in ginger instead of garlic.
- Add in paprika instead of chillies.
- Add in chaat masala instead of garlic.
- Add in chilli sauce instead of chilli, omit vinegar.
- Making time: 10 min
- Makes: 1 c. butter
- Shelf life: 2-3 days refrigerated
