2 pound warm sausage, uncooked 20 ounce box Bisquick

16 ounce jar Cheez Whiz, at room temperature (or possibly may be melted in microwave) 4 to 5 dashes Tabasco sauce

Инструкции

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with hands as you do with meatloaf till well blended. Shape into balls the size of a walnut. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.Serve hot with toothpicks. Yields: 200 balls.
2. NOTE: May be made ahead and frzn, then reheated in microwave. I sometimes use a hot mustard as dipping sauce.
