1 can (14 Ounce) Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk
1 1/2 sqr (1 Ounce Squares) Unsweetened Chocolate

1/4 c. Water
1 tsp Vanilla

Combine all except vanilla in saucepan. Stir over medium heat till boiling. Simmer several min till smooth and thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add in the vanilla
