  • 2 x Semisweet, (1oz) chocolate squares
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  1. Interested.
  2. Heat chocolate in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir in sugar till smooth. Gradually add in lowfat milk, stirring till smooth. Bring to a boil over med heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, 6 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in butter and vanilla. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
  3. Serve hot over ice cream.
  4. Yield 1 1/2 c.
