Hot Dog Casserole

With the ingredients in this recipe the final result for the taste is that of Deviled Eggs. I sometimes grate some cheddar cheese and mix in before cooking. Its an easy meal to fix after working in the yard in the fall.

  • 6 servings of mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 C. pickle relish
  • 2 T. Mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 T. chopped onion
  • 2 t. yellow mustard
  • 8 hot dogs sliced lengthwise

Инструкции

  1. Prepare mashed potatoes ( instant or real )
  2. Stir in the next four ingredients
  3. Push hot dog halves lengthwise into outer edge of casserole forming a crown-like look
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees
