Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 6 hard-boiled Large eggs, minced
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley, if you like
  • 2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Инструкции

  1. In medium saucepan, heat butter, stir in flour and salt. Add in lowfat milk all at once. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till thickened and bubbly. Gently stir in minced Large eggs, parsley, and mustard. Cook till Large eggs are hot. Serve with toast, biscuit or possibly plain bread.
