8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese, softened 6 ounce. can crab meat, liquid removed and flaked 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream 2 tbsp. finely minced green onions 1 tbsp. lowfat milk

1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/3 c. toasted sliced almonds

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl combine all ingredients, except almonds and mix well. Spread in ungreased 9 inch pie pan or possibly shallow 1 qt casserole. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 min or possibly till thoroughly heated. Serve with crackers. Makes 2 c..
