- Drain pineapple, reserving juice in a 2-c. glass measure. Add in sufficient water to reserved liquid to yield 3/4 c.. Add in cornstarch and honey; stir with a wire whisk till smooth.
- Microwave cornstarch mix, uncovered, at HIGH for 2-1/2 to 3 min or possibly till thickened and bubbly, stirring after 1-1/2 min. Stir in whiskey, and microwave at HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir in pineapple, and microwave at HIGH for30 seconds.
- Yield: 6 servings.
- Serving Ideas : Serve 1/4 c. sauce over 1/2 c. frzn yogurt.
- NOTES : The frzn yogurt acts as a cooling chaser to the whiskey-infused fruit.
