  • 1 quart water
  • 1/3 c. loose tea
  • 1 quart cool water Ice Lemon slices

Инструкции

  1. In a pot bring 1 qt water to a boil. Remove from heat and immediately add in loose tea. Stir, cover and let steep 5 min. Stir again and strain tea into a pitcher filled with 1 qt cool water. Refrigerateand serve in ice-filled glasses, garnished with lemon slices.
  2. This recipe yields 2 qts.
