10 ounce can Fritos bean dip 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese, room temp. 1 c. lowfat sour cream 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco

1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr 4 green onions, sliced 1/4 pkg. taco seasoning mix

1. Put together all of above and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve with chips. Serves 12 to 15.OPTIONAL: Top with shredded Jack and cheddar cheese before heating.
