Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb Grnd bison meat
  • 1 x Egg beaten
  • 1 x Onion very finely minced
  • 1 can Jellied cranberry sauce - (16 ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. Prepared horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 x Garlic clove chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper

Инструкции

  1. Combine grnd meat with beaten egg and onions. Form into bite-size bison balls. Brown in oil or possibly use the microwave.
  2. Sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, horseradish, honey, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 min. Add in meatballs and serve.
  3. Hint: To keep the shape of meatballs, plunge momentarily into rapidly boiling water before cooking.
