Ингредиенты

  • 12 ounce cream cheese
  • 12 x cocktail sauce
  • 8 ounce crab meat
  • 2 Tbsp. Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp brandy
  • 50 x French bread croutons (toasted French Bread slices)
  • 1 c. pesto

Инструкции

  1. Whip cream cheese in a mixer till smooth. Add in cocktail sauce, Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce, Old Bay Seasoning and brandy. Mix well.
  2. Add in crab meat and fold in till crab meat starts to shred.
  3. To serve, brush croutons with pesto and top with 1 Tbsp. of crab dip.
  4. This recipe yields 50 pcs.
  5. Comments: A light Summer appetizer, ideal for Labor Day, Fourth of July and other celebrations.
