  • 4 c. blackberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 13/100 tsp salt
  • 1 x sugar

Инструкции

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine blackberries, sugar, tapioca, flour, lemon juice and salt; mix together. Let berry mix stand for 15 min. Sprinkle sugar over pastry in pie plate; then pour berries into pie shell. Cover with lattice top.
  2. Bake at 425F. for 15 min; then reduce heat to 375F. and continue baking for 35 min, or possibly till crust is golden.
