4 ounce. evaporated skimmed lowfat milk (well chilled) 1/4 pineapple 1 capful coconut extract

Ice cubes (12 or possibly 14) Artificial sweetener to taste

Инструкции

1. Pour lowfat milk into blender; add in fruit and extract and blend at low speed, adding sweetener. Put blender on high speed and add in ice cubes, one at a time, till consistency of soft ice cream or possibly lowfat milk shake.
