- Method:PUT soaked red beans and sugar with sufficient water to boil until soft. Drain well.
- Mix (A) together then sieve to remove any impurities. Cook (B) to dissolve the sugar. Add in (A) and cook over low flame until mix turns into a paste. Fold in the cooked red beans.
- Grease small patty c. and steam over boiling water. Spoon the mix into the c. and steam over medium heat for 10 to 15 min.
- Remove the Kuih Talam from the patty c. when it is cold.
