Ингредиенты

  • 80 gm rice flour
  • 75 gm tapioca flour
  • 30 gm arrow root flour
  • 250 ml general santan
  • 250 ml santan
  • 125 gm sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 x pandan leaves - knotted
  • 1/8 tsp alkaline water (kan sui)
  • 100 gm red beans - soaked overnight
  • 25 gm sugar

Инструкции

  1. Method:PUT soaked red beans and sugar with sufficient water to boil until soft. Drain well.
  2. Mix (A) together then sieve to remove any impurities. Cook (B) to dissolve the sugar. Add in (A) and cook over low flame until mix turns into a paste. Fold in the cooked red beans.
  3. Grease small patty c. and steam over boiling water. Spoon the mix into the c. and steam over medium heat for 10 to 15 min.
  4. Remove the Kuih Talam from the patty c. when it is cold.
