Ингредиенты

  • 225 gm glutinous rice
  • 60 gm marinated pork
  • 20 gm dry shrimps
  • 1 x salted egg yolk
  • 20 gm black mushrooms
  • 40 gm luk tau pin
  • 3 x chestnuts
  • 5 piece bamboo leaves (soak in water)
  • 1 piece lotus leaf
  • 50 gm onion
  • 5 gm five-spice pwdr sesame oil
  • 1 x salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. MethodStir-fry rice and pork till half cooked. Set aside to cold. Lightly fry the mushrooms and luk tau pin with oyster sauce.
  2. Arrange five pcs of bamboo leaves over the lotus leaf. Place the rice in the centre, top with pork, salted egg yolk and the rest of the ingredients. Top with rice again and wrap into a rectangular shape. Tie firmly with a string.
  3. Boil over slow fire for 8 hrs or possibly till cooked.
