1 1/2 c. honey 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 c. water

1 tbsp. butter 6 lg. cooked, sliced yams or possibly 1 lg. can liquid removed yams 1 quart. casserole, sprayed with Pam

1. Combine all ingredients except yams, cook till clear. Pour over yams. Bake at 400 degrees till brown, about 20 min.
