Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking soda

Инструкции

  1. Combine sugar, corn syrup and vinegar in a heavy saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat till sugar dissolves. Continue cooking without stirring till a candy thermometer reaches 300 degrees. Remove candy from heat, quickly stir in soda and mix well. Pour into a lightly buttered 9 inch by 9 inch by 2 inch pan.
  2. Don't spread; candy spreads itself. Cold. Break into pcs and dip in melted chocolate, if you like.
