Honey Thyme Pork Chops

This was such a great marinade. I think it'd be great on chicken too!

Ингредиенты

  • 4 T honey
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T orange juice
  • 1 tsp course or stone ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch of cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4-5 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • Pork chops or tenderloin

  1. Mix together all the ingredients except the pork in a large bowl.
  2. About 30 minutes before you're ready to eat, add the pork and ensure every thing is coated.
  3. Cook the pork however you wish, until the pork is cooked through.
