  • 1 whole pork tenderloin, about 1 pound
  • 4 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients but meat; coat tenderloin well with sauce. Roast for 20-30 min, basting occasionally, till meat thermometer registers 155-160 degrees. Slice thinly to serve. 4 servings.
