Honey Roast Chicken

Ингредиенты

1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped (fine) yellow onion
2 lg. chopped cloves fresh garlic
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. mild honey

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry pwdr
2 teaspoon mango chutney
Sm. handful dry currants or possibly raisins

Heat butter in saucepan, saute/fry onions and garlic. Add in remaining ingredients (except chicken) and saute/fry.
