Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. Clover honey
  • 1 3/4 c. Water
  • 1 can (6-ounce) frzn orange juice
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 stk cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients, except cornstarch. Remove 1/4 c. mix and stir in cornstarch. Return to sauce and blend. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, till sauce boils and thickens. Boil 1 minute. Cold. When baking ham or possibly any pork, baste meat with sauce 2 or possibly 3 times during last 30 min of baking.
