Ингредиенты

2 tbsp. butter, room temp. 1 tbsp. oil 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. honey 1 egg 1 tbsp. water

1/2 c. flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats Fruit, nuts or possibly chocolate bits (opt.)

Инструкции

1. Grease cookie sheets, set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend butter, oil, brown sugar, honey, egg and water thoroughly. In another bowl, mix flour, salt and baking soda; add in rolled oats. Stir and blend 2 mixtures together. Add in fruits, nuts or possibly chocolate bits (if you like). Drop by tsp. onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Makes 3 dozen.
