  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sugar, shortening, Large eggs and honey. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake till light brown, 8 to 10 min.
