Print Yum Honey Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Prep Time: 10 minutesCook Time: 13 minutes Yield: 20 Adapted from Amy Atherton's cookbookIngredients1 cup quick steel cut oats3/4 cup oat flour, spooned and leveled1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon kosher salt2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or extract)1 large egg1/2 cup honey1/2 cup chocolate chipsInstructionsPull out 2 medium bowls, one for dry ingredients, one for wet.In one bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, brown sugar and salt.Melt the butter in the other bowl.
