Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Honey
  • 1/2 c. Applesauce
  • 1/2 c. Reduced calorie margarine
  • 4 x Egg whites
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 c. All purpose flour
  • 1 c. Quick cooking rolled oats
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/3 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Cream honey, applesauce and margarine in large bowl with electric mixer till smooth. Beat in egg whites, one at a time, then add in vanilla. Combine flour, oats, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; mix well.
  3. Add in dry ingredients to honey mix; mix thoroughly. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Heap teaspoonfuls of the mix onto cookie sheet.
  4. Place cookie sheet above center of oven; bake 12-16 min or possibly till lightly browned. Let cookies stand 1 minute, then remove and place on wire racks to cold.
  5. Makes 5 dozen cookies.
