  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Marinate the pork steaks in the mixture of the ingredients for an hour OR overnight.
  2. Grill over medium-high heat until slightly golden brown.
  3. Will take about 3-5 minutes per side.
