  • 4 1/2 skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 teaspoon honey
  • 4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Dash curry pwdr and soy sauce per chicken breast - this is optional

  1. Marinade chicken in honey, mustard and spices for several hrs in refrigerator. Remove chicken fro marinade and bake in aluminum foil or possibly in a covered dish at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till done. (Boneless breasts take only 15 min to cook; watch carefully.) Serves 4. This recipe is easily cut down for 1 serving.
