2 Cornish hens, split
1 c. honey

2 tbsp. orange juice, concentrate
Rind of 1 orange, grated

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place hens, wing side up on rack in baking pan. Mix together remaining ingredients. Bake, basting frequently till golden (approximately 45 min). NOTE: This glaze also works well with ham.
