%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20also%20wanted%20to%20get%20some%20flavour%20right%20into%20the%20pork%20(especially%20where%20I%20wasn't%20going%20to%20be%20eating%20much%20of%20the%20sauce%20myself)%20and%20so%20I%20created%20a%20flavoursom%20rub%20that%20I%20could%20massage%20right%20into%20that%20flesh%20.%20.%20.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESalt,%20pepper,%20cumin,%20mild%20chili%20powder,%20garlic%20and%20cinnamon%20.%20.%20.%20%20all%20got%20rubbed%20in%20to%20coate%20the%20meat%20really%20well.%20%20%20Then%20I%20heated%20the%20sauce%20ingredients%20.%20.%20.%20%20soy,%20honey%20and%20butter%20in%20a%20stove%20to%20oven%20casserole%20on%20top%20of%20the%20stove%20.%20.%20.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20spice%20rubbed%20pork%20was%20browned%20lightly%20in%20that%20mixture%20and%20then%20the%20whole%20thing%20was%20banged%20into%20the%20oven%20for%20a%20quick%20roasting.%20%20Not%20too%20long,%20only%2015%20minutes.%20%20I%20didn't%20want%20to%20overcook%20the%20pork.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhile%20the%20roasted%20pork%20was%20resting,%20I%20added%20some%20water%20to%20the%20pan%20juices%20and%20reduced%20them%20to%20a%20delicious%20sauce%20that%20was%20fabulous%20drizzled%20over%20those%20tender%20pieces%20of%20pork.%20%20With%20some%20mashed%20sweet%20potatoes%20and%20tender%20stem%20broccoli%20on%20the%20side,%20this%20was%20a%20really%20delicious%20dinner%20.%20.%20.%20%20and%20so%20simple%20to%20make%20as%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20love%20it%20when%20that%20happens!%20%20Just%20so%20long%20as%20you%20keep%20your%20sauce%20usage%20down%20to%20a%20minimum,%20this%20is%20not%20that%20unhealthy%20really.%20%20With%20the%20right%20portion%20of%20meat%20and%20those%20tasty%20vegetables%20on%20the%20side.%20%20This%20was%20pretty%20low%20GI.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETender%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Epork%20tenderloin%20gets%20a%20spicy%20rub%20and%20then%20browned%20in%20a%20soy%20honey%20butter%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emixture.%20%20Once%20it's%20browned%20you%20quick%20roast%20it%20in%20the%20oven%20until%20it's%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Etender%20delicious.%20%20Yummo!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20the%20rub:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Einto%20all%20of%20%20the%20surfaces%20%20of%20the%20pork.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20the%20oven%20to%20190*C/375*F/%20gas%20mark%205.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EUsing%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ean%20oven%20proof%20pot,%20melt%20the%20butter,%20honey%20and%20soy%20together%20over%20medium%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eheat.%20%20Once%20the%20butter%20begins%20to%20foam,%20add%20the%20pieces%20of%20tenderloin%20and%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ebrown%20them%20all%20over.%20%20%20Take%20care%20not%20to%20let%20the%20honey%20burn.%20%20If%20you%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethink%20it%20is%20catching,%20turn%20the%20heat%20down.%20%20%20Once%20the%20meat%20is%20browned%20all%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eover%20place%20the%20pot%20into%20the%20preheated%20oven.%20%20%20Roast%20uncovered%20for%2015%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eminutes.%20%20Remove%20from%20the%20oven.%20%20Place%20the%20pork%20on%20a%20plate%20and%20tent%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Elightly%20with%20foil.%20%20%20Return%20the%20pot%20to%20the%20top%20of%20the%20stove.%20%20Add%20the%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewater.%20%20Bring%20to%20the%20boil%20and%20then%20cook%20at%20a%20brisk%20simmer%20until%20the%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esauce%20has%20reduced%20by%20at%20least%20half.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20serve,%20cut%20the%20pork%20on%20the%20diagonal%20and%20drizzle%20some%20sauce%20over%20top.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20soy%20sauce%20I%20used%20in%20this%20recipe%20was%20Sanchi%20Organic%20Tamari%20Soy%20Sauce.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETamari%20is%20one%20of%20the%20oldest%20Japanese%20seasonings;%20the%20word%20%22Tamari%22%20literally%20means%20'to%20accumulate,%20referring%20to%20the%20liquid%20collected%20from%20fully%20aged%20soya%20bean%20miso.%20Sanchi%20Tamari%20is%20still%20crafted%20in%20the%20traditional%20manner.%20It%20is%20excellent%20for%20seasoning%20soups,%20stocks,%20broths,%20marinades,%20salad%20dressings,%20sauces,%20pickles,%20stir-fries,%20any%20kind%20of%20vegetable,%20vegetarian%20or%20fish%20dish.%20It%20is%20also%20ideal%20when%20used%20as%20a%20condiment%20to%20add%20to%20meals.%20It's%20also%20Gluten%20free%20which%20makes%20it%20perfect%20for%20use%20by%20coeliacs%20and%20others%20with%20wheat%20intolerances.%20It%20has%20a%20slightly%20richer%20taste%20than%20the%20Shoyu%20Soy%20Sauce.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20other%20bottle%20of%20Soy%20Sauce%20is%20Sanchi%20Organic%20Shoyu%20Soy%20Sauce.%20%20This%20sauce%20is%20an%20authentic%20traditional%20Japanese%20Soy%20Sauce,%20naturally%20aged%20over%20a%20period%20of%20eighteen%20months%20in%20cedarwood%20kegs.%20It%20is%20ideal%20for%20use%20as%20a%20savoury%20seasoning%20instead%20of%20salt.%20Ideally%20added%20one%20minute%20before%20the%20end%20of%20cooking.%20Excellent%20for%20seasoning%20soups,%20stocks,%20broths,%20marinades,%20salad%20dressings,%20sauces,%20pickles,%20stir-fries,%20any%20kind%20of%20vegetable,%20vegetarian%20or%20fish%20dish.%20It's%20also%20perfect%20to%20use%20as%20a%20condiment%20to%20add%20to%20meals.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBoth%20are%20very%20delicious%20and%20have%20been%20working%20well%20in%20what%20I
