- In large bowl, combine 4 c. flour, yeast, sugar, orange peel and salt. Heat orange juice, lowfat milk and butter till warm to touch; stir into dry mix. Fold in Large eggs and sufficient remaining flour to make soft dough. Knead on floured surface till smooth, 4-5 min. Cover; let rest 10 min. Divide dough in half. Roll each to 6- 16-inches; cut each into sixteen 1-inch wide strips.
- Tie each strip into a knot; place on greased baking sheets. Cover; let rise till doubled in size, about 40 to 50 min. Brush with Honey Topping.
- Bake at 350 F for 15 min or possibly till done; cold slightly on wire racks.
- Brush again with Honey Topping.
- Honey Topping: Combine 1/4 c. honey, 2 Tbsp. melted butter and 1 Tbsp. orange juice.
- Yield: 32 Buns
