1 can lg. whole kernel corn 1 can Veg-All 1 lg. can tomato sauce 2 1/2 to 3 cans water 1 med. onion, diced (if preferred) Salt and pepper, to taste 2 med. potatoes, minced

3 pods okra, minced 2 carrots, sliced 1 pound grnd beef 1/2 to 2/3 tbsp. grnd oregano 1 pod sweet pepper, minced 2 tbsp. butter Grnd beef, 2 pound

Инструкции

1. Cook grnd beef, don't drain, then add in everything else. Bring to a boil, then let simmer 1 hour to 1 1/2 hrs.
2. Serve with peanut butter and jelly sandwich or possibly cornbread.
