  • 1 (14 ounce.) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 3 egg yolks (use only clean uncracked Large eggs)
  • 4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely crushed (1 c.)
  • 2 c. (1 pt.) whipped cream (whip it)

  1. In large bowl, beat together sweetened condensed lowfat milk, egg yolks, and vanilla. Mix in cookies and whipped cream. Pour into aluminum foil lined (9"x5") loaf pan or possibly a 2 qt container cover. Freeze 6 hrs or possibly till hard. Put leftover in the freezer. Makes 2 qts.
