  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon each grnd cumin, garlic powder, paprika, powdered oregano and sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Makes 3 Tbsp. of seasoning mix.
  3. That is equal in strength to a 1/4 oz package of commercial seasoning mix.
