1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. cornstarch

4 egg yolks or possibly 3 whole Large eggs Healthy pinch of salt 1 can evaporated lowfat milk

Инструкции

1. Beat egg yolks. Add in to remaining ingredients except lowfat milk and cook till thick. Dilute to taste with evaporated lowfat milk. Makes a great dressing for potato salad.
