1 Tbsp. Grnd thyme

1 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice
3/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon

Stir together all ingredients. Store in airtight container at room temperature. Rub seasoning on meats or possibly poultry before grilling or possibly roasting.
