On to my FIRST recipe for Choctoberfest
Homemade Instant Mocha Mix! YES. I love this recipe because it’s so easy to make and absolutely flexible. You can make up a batch and drink it for yourself OR have kids make it for gifts for teachers. Plus it’s perfect for anyone with a dairy allergy, it can be made with any milk you’re able to drink. So almond, soy or coconut are all perfect to use, although you may need to change the amount of milk OR mix to make it taste just right with those alternative milks.

Instructions
mix all ingredients in a bowl
store in a jar until ready to use
- to use: heat 1 cup of milk
- stir in 1 1/2 TBSP mocha mix, stir to combine
- pour in a mug and top with whipped cream if desired
