- 1 egg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 5 T cocoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 T or possibly more fluff

- Beat all cookie ingredients (above) together. Drop by tsp onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 6-8 min or possibly till spongy at 350 degrees. Cool cookies COMPLETELY before filling.
- Beat and chill before filling cookies.
