Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/4 x WATER, Hot
  • 1 pkt YEAST
  • 1/2 tsp SUGAR
  • 3 1/2 c. BREAD FLOUR EGG, BEATEN
  • 1 Tbsp. WATER SESAME SEEDS SALT

Инструкции

  1. Mix yeast and sugar with 1/4 c water. Set aside till bubbly. Place flour and yeast mix into a mixing bowl and blend to create a dough. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 min, till smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, let rise 1-1 1/2 hrs. Punch down and shape the pretzels as follows: Divide dough into 12 pcs and shape into sticks 6 inches long. shape into knots. Place on greased cookie sheets. Cover and let rise 45 min. Glaze with 1 egg beaten with 1 Tablespoons of water. Sprinkle tops of pretzels with coarse salt or possibly sesame seeds. Preheat oven to 475F and bake for 10 min. Cold and store in airtight container.
