  • 2 c. King Arthur Unbleache Flour
  • 1 c. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Alum or possibly cream of tartar (optional, but helps preserve the dough)
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 c. Boiling water Food coloring

Инструкции

  1. I use this "recipe" from King Arthur Flour 200th Anniversary Cookbook.
  2. Mix the flour, salt and alum or possibly cream of tartar together. Add in the oil, water and coloring if you plan to make just one color. Knead 6 to 8 min. If you want more colors, divide the dough after kneading for 3 to 4 min, add in a different color to each piece and finish kneading each separately.
