Ингредиенты

  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 2/3 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

  1. Beat the 3 Large eggs at HIGH for 3 min. Beat in the sugar. Stir in the pumpkin and lemon juice in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl combine the flour, baking pwdr, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
  3. Fold the dry mix into the pumpkin mix. Spread combined mix into a well greased and floured 15"x10"x1" pan.
  4. Bake for 15 min at 375 degrees. As soon as the cake comes out of the oven gently lift it out of the pan and place it on a towel which has been dusted with powdered sugar.
  5. Gently roll up the cake along with the towel, beginning with the narrow end. Set aside and let it cold.
