Ингредиенты

5 to 6 mashed potatoes Salt & pepper 3 Large eggs, separated 3 to 4 tbsp. butter, melted & cooled

1/2 to 1 teaspoon paprika 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/2 c. minced red pepper 1/2 c. minced green pepper

Инструкции

1. Season potatoes with salt and pepper to taste. In bowl beat egg whites till stiff. In large bowl lightly beat egg yolks. Add in butter and paprika. Beat well. Add in potatoes, cheese and peppers. Stir till blended. Mix in egg whites. Transfer mix to buttered 6 c. casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min till browned.
