1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding 1 (16 ounce.) can chunky pineapple 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. coconut, shredded

1 c. walnuts or possibly pecans, minced 12 ounce. non-dairy whipped topping, thawed 1 c. miniature marshmallows

Инструкции

1. In a large bowl, mix the pineapple together and sprinkle the powdered pudding on top. Let set for about 3 min, then combine nuts and coconut and fold into the mix. Blend in whipped topping and marshmallows and chill for a minimum of 2 hrs before serving. Serves 12.
