Ингредиенты

  • 8 ounce. elbow macaroni, cooked and liquid removed (use multi-colored variety for holidays)
  • 3 tomatoes, minced
  • 1 pound white brick cheese, diced
  • 1 sm. red onion, sliced in rings
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • Sliced black olives
  • Sliced green pepper
  • 1 stick pepperoni, diced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped (or possibly garlic pwdr)
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. croutons
  • 1 bunch Romaine lettuce

Инструкции

  1. (I throw in the whole cupboard.)
  2. Toss all ingredients in bowl except for lettuce that should surround salad and croutons that are added just before serving.
