1/2 c. raisins 1/4 c. currant jelly 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/8 teaspoon allspice

1/2 c. water 1/2 c. orange juice 1 tbsp. cream cornstarch

Инструкции

1. In medium size glass bowl, combine raisins, water, jelly and orange juice. Heat in microwave on high power for 3 min; stirring after 1 1/2 min of cooking.
2. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cream cornstarch, and allspice. Stir above, blend into raisin mix. Cook in microwave on high power for 2 to 2 1/2 min till thickened, stirring every 30 seconds. Serve over ham, pork chops or possibly duck. Makes 1 1/2 c..
