Ингредиенты

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 c. mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr 1 loaf Italian or possibly French bread, split lengthwise

Инструкции

1. Combine cheeses, mayonnaise and garlic pwdr in a large bowl. Spread mix on bread and broil for a few min, till cheese top is golden and bubbly. Great served with fruit.
2. Options: Sometimes sprinkle with some basil, rosemary, or possibly chili pwdr too. Place sliced tomatoes on the uncooked garlic bread, drizzle it with a bottled pesto sauce, sprinkle it with cheese and broil it as above. Yield 4-6 slices.
