Ингредиенты

1 pound butter 2 lg. onions, minced fine 2 or possibly 3 lg. ribs celery, finely minced 3 bags bread cubes

3 lg. Large eggs, beaten 3-4 c. cooked mashed potatoes 1-2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Инструкции

1. Simmer first 3 ingredients over low heat in fry pan till tender. In large pan or possibly bowl, combine bread cubes, Large eggs, and mashed potatoes and seasoning. Add in onion/celery mix. Mix well. Put into turkey or possibly large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
