1/2 pound good grade blue cheese 1 stick sweet (unsalted) butter 1 tbsp. minced chives or possibly green onion tops

1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese 3/4 c. minced stuffed olives 1 lg. clove garlic, pressed or possibly finely grated

Инструкции

1. Cream together the first 3 room temperature ingredients.
2. Add in the last 3 ingredients and mix till well blended. Allow to mellow in refrigerator.
3. Garnish with minced parsley and toasted sesame seeds. Serve with party rye or possibly crisp cracker.
4. Hints: For gift-giving, present in crock or possibly attractive dish.
