8 ounce. cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp. lowfat milk 2 1/2 ounce. dry beef, snipped 2 tbsp. instant onion, chopped 2 tbsp. minced green pepper

1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream 1/4 c. minced walnuts Sherry at end. About 2 tbsp.

Инструкции

1. Blend cream cheese and lowfat milk, stir in beef, onion, green pepper and pepper. Mix well, stir in lowfat sour cream and sherry. Spoon into 8 inch pie plate or possibly quiche dish. Sprinkle on nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Can make ahead. Serve warm with crackers.
